Cleaning should not get in the way of shoppers, deliveries or residents. Overnight is our primary time for commercial work: we clean while stores are closed and parking lots are empty, so tenants open to clean, dry walkways. Early-morning and evening service are available as alternatives when overnight access doesn’t work for a property. On large sites, we can clean in sections so entrances and parking stay usable. Our 8 AM to 8 PM office hours are for calls and quotes; they don’t limit when we work. Before work begins, we confirm access, the areas to be cleaned, and any tenant or resident notice you want to send.
Water Reclamation and Stormwater Compliance
Stormwater rules vary by city and by site, so before each job we review the property’s drains, the surfaces being cleaned and any requirements from the city or your management company. We then plan how wash water will be handled. Where wastewater recovery is required, it is included in our service, and we recover the wash water so it does not go down the storm drain. If your property has its own environmental or vendor requirements, send them to us and we’ll build them into the scope.
